Someone called me yesterday from this number and again this morning. I sensed immediately he was a scammer and rang my bank immediately afterwards, giving his phone number, and they confirmed he was a scammer. Had I carried on with the call - I just laughed at him and hung up - he would have asked me to move money into a fraudulent account. Seems strange this number has been in use for scamming purposes since 2016 though. Santander said the phone number would be handed over to the police.
