Suspected spam showed on my phone, however I answered to make sure. Caller said he wasn't selling anything and to give him 20 seconds, he said my name and address and asked me to confirm, I rang off at that point.

Came up as Turriff. Answered phone. They knew my name. I asked who was calling. He wouldn't say. Then I asked what is this call regarding. He said I was the first person he had spoken and I had made his day. I hung up and blocked the number. I would say it's a scam.

Googled the area in Scotland, small village so I really don't know why anyone would be calling me from there....

Guy appears to be tryingbto get you to say yes he knows name address etc How they have managed to get my number is beyond me but not happy someone somewhere is selling private info
