8:49am Saturday call. Claimed to be calling on behalf of “Government” about the ECO4 insulation scheme. Asian accent, polite but pushing for access to assess property in very near future. Kept saying they weren’t selling or asking for any money. The emphasis didn’t feel right for a government scheme.
