Received a call at 19:30 to a corporate business demanding (without exaggeration) to speak to the owner. When asked what the reason for the call was, stated that there are complaints about electricity in the area and he needs to speak to the owner about it immediately to ensure the business is not affected. Advised that noone talks to the owner at this hour, the caller started questioning the rationale behind the denial, then started talking over myself and swearing over the phone. Very evident that calling from a call centre with a very busy background. Heavy "outsourced" accent.
