I have call screening, they hung up when asked who they are and why they are calling.

Call lasted 35 seconds, no reply and remained silent the whole time. Assume its something to confirm my number is live so its able to send out to other scammers

Took a few rings before I could answer then hung up on me when I did, never had any dealings with a 'Plymouth' number so more than likely a spam robocaller. Next time i'll just let it ring off and if important they would leave a voicemail.
