They rang then unhung , so blocked immediately.

Very heavy Indian accent, difficult to understand what he was saying! Best I could get from it was, he was from car phone warehouse offering a 40% discount on something! I just put the phone down! Genuine telesales would have someone you could understand, obviously!

Said he was 'Jack' from Carphone Warehouse. When I told him the number concerned was registered with the Telephone Preference Service he started to get a bit shirty. Especially when I started to take his details to complain to the Information Commissioner.
