Rang today from the number which i do not recognise. Looked it up to be safe. I have been scanned in the past and don’t want it to happen again
They called me in the middle of class, and I answered and they said nothing apart from what’s my name.
I have just had a call from this number, where they were posing as a money exchange company, which I had just used online, to change unused foreign currency by sending it to the company in London and they transfer Money into your account. Whoever was on the end of the line, said that they could only accept bank transfers, and if i couldn't transfer the money, they would have to cancel the order. I found this very odd, so I emailed the company, via the confirmation email they had sent. They replied, saying that they had not called and that the order was still in place. I don't know how they got the information, either they have hacked my email or they have Hacked the company site. DO NOT TRUST THIS NUMBER!!!!!!
