Vodafone via Currys— called frequently to get ahold of me as my contract had ended. Changed to sim-only plan. Legitimate. Worth asking them to confirm details just to make sure as can seem dodgy on first interaction.

Curry’s (now merged with Carphone Warehouse) ringing for a phone upgrade/contract extension. Their office is based in Peterborough. Verified their legitimacy by telling me correct information that I didn’t provide, such as my contract ending date for the phone, what type of phone I had and how much I was currently paying monthly for it. No financial information was taken or asked for at any point. Expect this call if your phone is due to be upgraded or the contract for your phone is due to end.
