Said they were EE & wanted account details you should not give over the phone. Scam.
Received a call from this number. Did not answer but instead used google. Found the number on the EE website where its shown as a partner called QRES
Called me today. Said it was Santa Claus and he had a sack full of presents. I had to pay £10 for the release of the presents but when I checked my bank account £100,000 had been withdrawn from it! Obviously I was very mad and went into the kitchen to bake a Victoria sponge. The sponge came out of the oven light and fluffy. I applied jam and cream and shoved it down my fat face. The end. X
Hi is this ? From EE your due some upgrades and offers on your phone, smart watch and tablets. Asked if I was the account holder then I just replied yes but I’m busy at the moment doing the nursery run as I thought the number looked suspicious. He asked when was best to ring back and I’m expecting a call back later. Phoned EE straight away on the 150 number and they said that no one had left any notes saying they had phoned however he said it could be a different department as I have a smart watch linked to my account which is due an upgrade. Think I’ll just ignore the next call though after reading these
This number called me today and asked me to set up a password for my account. First he asked for my name and my phone make, I told him he should surely know it and he said it was for data protection. Had a suspicious feeling so told him I wasn’t interested. Didn’t sound like w call centre either
Got a call today- very echoey sounding- appeared to be a male around his 30s based on voice alone. Incredibly sus. asked for password numbers Do Not Trust This.

Just had a call from a man advising he was from EE wanted phone number even though he called me, hung up
Got a call from them, claimed to be EE. Asked for my name. Said I was eligible for an upgrade. Asked for my password. BLOCK IMMEDIATELY!
Hmm - claimed to be EE but asked me to confirm my name and I gave them a name not on the account and they said they hadn’t account info. Asked fir letters/numbers of my password so I hung up. They tried again later but I’ve blocked them. Pretty sure it was a scam although slim chance it was genuine.
constant calls, they claim to be from EE but very suspicous if they was from EE then it would come up calling has EE
Checked with EE (the company the caller claimed to be with) and they confirmed that it is an EE number. However due to the other comments here you may want to confirm with EE yourself.
Pretends to be from ee. Scam. Call orange if you've given them any info
Knew my name and claimed to be from EE but I agree with the other comments, seems to be a scam. Really noisy background noise, never received calls from EE before so this was very unusual.
some melt trying to get details pretending to be from a phone company
Scam number claiming to be EE. Wanted to find out reason for my last contact with EE.
On Monday I had received a text message supposedly from EE asking me to visit a fake EE site. When I rang EE customer service I was told that it is a scam, because they had no trouble to collect my DD payment. This time I did not recognised the nbr so did not pick up the call and blocked the number.
Says he was calling from EE but I don’t think he was. He seemed to be trying to get information out of me regarding my mobile phone. I refused to answer & hung up on him
