Claimed to be United Utilities and that my three-year pipes insurance policy was up for renewal. Wanted me to renew it there and then. I do not have such a policy.

They claimed they were providing additional paid for services from Bristol and Wessex water at my address, but as soon as I said, no you are not, they hung up... took a while to connect from answering as well
