Said they were from Thames Water and did I want to renew my cover, they were going to give me a reduced renewal price etc, etc as apparently I'd taken a 'one off' cover with Thames Water three years ago (I hadn't but they did confuse me as I pay my water bill to Thames Water) When I said I used another provider for drainage/plumbing cover and had no idea what they were talking about they hung up
They mumbled that my cover had expired last month, supposedly heating, boiler and drainage? When I said I hadn't received a letter they hung up
