Stated my home emergency cover was due for renewal the asked if my pipes and plumbing was still OK.
Asked if my plumbing and water was still ok. Said it had been covered by my water company but was now coming up for renewal. When I asked who was paying they said my water company but renewal was due. When I said not interested and asked for more info, they cut me off.
Said his name was Morris, wanting me to renew my water pipe cover policy, funny because I don’t have this insurance but he knew my name and address so did sound plausible but I didn’t fall for that.
I was asked to renew my water insurance I think it’s a scam as Welsh water doesn’t phone people
