Very likely a robot/war dealing VOIP operation utilising services provided by a company that doesn't seem to check who it is supplying services to, which claims to be a leading network company called - wait for it - Net-Work Internet Ltd. in Wales! No one said anything - just checking theirDB of names - likely SCAM / FRAUD as war dialled.
