A call from 01653272069, male voice telling me he had been asked to look into our area having high fuel costs. He wanted to know if I was still the home owner and assured me this was not a cold call.

An apparent cold call; the number was not recognised by us, do we let it go to answerphone. The caller cut off almost immediately with no message left.
