received call from this number 01628495709 today, somebody said hello this cut the line. it seems like from car hiring company as I rented and car last week...

This number called yesterday at 17.29 I didn’t answer it as I didn’t recognise the number, turns out it’s Enterprise Car Hire - Car was hired through insurance claim and at no point did I give permission for contact after car was returned.

Received 2calls today but did not pick up. Looked it up on here and like the other customers I did return a car to enterprise yesterday. Don’t enjoy calls out of the blue and have blocked

Got a call from 01628 495709 @ 21:00 Monday evening 15/07/19 I didn't pick up as unknown number but Googled it and it was Enterprise. Erm..... did I miss something here ? 9 o'clock at night ? Really ? I mean really ? My company hired a car for me last week on Thursday. Got a call from the local office next day to check everything was ok to which I said Yes. I don't know what they wanted but I'm sure gonna let them know their call at that time of night is not welcome !

Tried to call this number back and got no response .Returning missed call received at 1730.

As per above comments, I had hired a car from Enterprise a few days before, I gave feedback to the lady in the office when I returned it so certainly wasn't expecting a follow-up call, and especially not at 19:15 in the evening. I will block the number

As per other comments, returned car to Enterprise yesterday and got a call at 8pm this evening. Didn't answer and now blocked.

Received a missed call at 20.40pm looked up the number to see it was enterprise? I was happy with service but a call 20.40pm is pushing things a little bit too far. Maybe the poor person working until that time at night presumably on minimum wage and outsourced should be given a curfew of 6.30pm even though people are at home later at night 6.30pm is the boundary of which no company should ever be able to cross.

Same number 01628495709 , returned a hire car to Enterprise Car Hire at Derby Pride Park a few days before so it probably was them . It was a call at 19.00 p.m. Calling at this time in the evening no matter what the reason gains 0 out of 10 for customer relations & sums up their attitude towards customers over their business interest . Enterprise were already not recommended by myself to friends and family due to poor service .
