Asked for roderic when I answered said didn't know him they apologised and I hung up
Yes it's o2 scam going on they will tell you that they are from 3mobile company ,will give you nice offer for phone and sim ,will ask for your bank details and then take out your money, 2,3 phones on contract on your account and will disappear or send you o2 sim and a dummy phone in a parcel delivery. Please be careful 🙏. They will start sending you personal messages on wattsapp ask you to send back the parcel to an personal address in Manchester or somewhere else because by mistaken they sent you wrong parcel , and they will send right parcel again but then they will disappear.
Said they were from traffic management about compensation for a collision I had. Caught them out as they couldn't answer a sensible question form me. Very persistent, called.me another 2 times before I've blocked them. Foreign as usual. Kept calling me MA'AM
Missed call from this number left message saying they were from O2, I will block them.
said she was from EE said I was not interested, put the phone down and blocked the number. about the fourth call from "EE" on various numbers in the past week!
Claimed to be from PC World offering mobile phone deals. Utter scammers.
Said they were from PC World and then got “cut off”
Had a call from this number on my mobile which I don't give out to just anyone. Asian man said he was Sam from PC World, when I said PC World, why are you ringing me? he hung up, now blocked.

Caller (foreign sounding lady) claiming to be calling on behalf of EE offering me 30% discount on my package. Would not listen to me that I was not interested, so hung up. Assume from other comments that this is a scam as other companies being quoted
Another caller to hang up straight away, waste of time, blocked..
An Indian sounding woman claiming to be from virgin media I've had dozens over the last few weeks bloody annoying got caught out by scammers once never again
Phoned saying they were from Virgin Media, asked how I was replied fine thanks then said it was a child's phone they were calling then they hung up.
Said they were from virgin media and asked if I want 50% off a new deal. Could I confirm I had a Samsung or iPhone. I said no and they hung up. Weird
I'm sure I must have misheard but it sounded like an automated voice saying "you've been kicked in the c*nt my friend." Doesn't sound pleasant, especially considering i'm an hairy-ar*ed bloke :-)
I answered the phone and was quite shocked to hear laughter down the telephone line. I could also hear chattering in another language. They definitely were not calling from Manchester, England. I could not understand a word that the lady was saying to me because she was trying to communicate whilst laughing. I hung up on her.
Said was calling from Carphone Warehouse. Full of crap, did know who my contract was with. Claimed was Vodaphone, then O2. Both incorrect. How they can try do (con?) this without basic information beyond me
Said they were from EE who are running a promotion and asked about how much I’m currently paying. Hung up. Scam.
Was making a brew so I missed it.. I will now block it.. I have more blocked numbers than friends lol..
Claimed to be calling from Three offering 40% off my contract price even though I'm in contract for 11 months. Kept calling me 'my dear'.
Hung up when I answered. Will block the number now. I don't have time to waste.
