Called 3 times said my 02 sim was to be blocked and they needed to send me a new sim .. realised she didn’t use my name and and thought it was a bit fishy put the phone down. Tried calling a few more times I didn’t answer
100% scam, when challenged for the O2 system they got my information from I was told to f*** off, call promptly disconnected
Claimed to be O2 and wanted to give me a new sim card. I refused to share the 6 digit codes on the texts they sent. Wanted them to prove they were who they said they were. Made 4 different attempts to which I insisted I would not share any infor till they prove they were O2. Eventually called O2 and they confirmed they were scammers as there were no records of the said calls. Also the text msgs didn’t fall onto the other O2 msgs I have received before.
Called claiming to be from O2 and saying I need a new sim card. Had no information about me as account holder. Hung up when challenged.
Claim to be O2. Told them they're not and ended call. Spam, O2 never call you.
