Claimed to be from Three offering to upgrade my phone to 5G (it's already 5G enabled), then phoned back offering me a discount on my bill but had no idea which operator I was with (not Three). Emailed me a verification code and tried to obtain this over the phone - luckily the email told me NOT to share the code with anyone and that my provider would NEVER ask for it over the phone. Seemed to be trying to hack into my account
