Said their name was Peninsula and they wanted to talk to whoever was in charge of health and wellness. But originally asked for someone by name that doesn't work for the company.

This is a company called Health Assured. They provide Employee Assistance Programs and your company may well use them for your EAP at work.

says 'welcome to health assured' when you call it back and the number strangely comes up on my phone as 'Will be provided once I have more insformation' (i havent saved it)
