just got a call from this number - the guy said i was entitled to a refund about 3 times - when i pinned him down to what type of refund he was talking about he said it was ppi - i told him i had no interest in dealing with any companies with regard to this matter - he continued to talk despite me talking - i also told him i'd had the same call last week - he assured me it was definitely the first call from this company/number - i asked him to ensure no further calls were made to my number as i would have to make a complaint about it - he became agitated/aggressive at this - saying i couldn't make a complaint as i didn't even know the name of the company or the time of the last call!!!!!!! time to hang up!!

I answered in a very quiet voice... sheepishly saying hello. They guy on the phone asked for me by name. I asked who was speaking and he said claims. ..international or something like that. I told him I was the burgler and no one was home.
