Claimed that their system had picked up error codes on my solar inverter. Wanted to send an electrician to inspect my system. Wanted to know if I had a power of attorney. It’s a way of getting a salesman into your house

A scam. Claimed their 'system' had picked up an 'AC overload' problem with our solar panels and when did we last have them serviced. We don't have photovoltaic panels.

Said they wanted to come and service my solar as had spotted error reports - but when challenged as to were they were getting the data - they suddenly didn't know so using lies to try and get people to sign up to support
