Caller phoned to demand that I pay for his call blocker service or my phone service will be cut off immediately. He hung up when I questioned him as to how he could do that. Quite aggressive phone manner on his part.

Some male person rang. Asked if I was the owner of the business Me....How can I help you Him...." started talking about the cost of my phone and internet....." Me..... Can I stop you right there......Your customer service skills stink...You have not told me who you are or the name of the company you claim to represent. Can I suggest you go and get trained properly then you can call me back.

Caller rang my elderly parents and said that their electricity contract had not been renewed, it is not due for renewal until next year. The caller persisted and made them feel uncomfortable and they gave the caller name and address this number is not recognised if it is called. DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS NUMBER UNLESS YOU KNOW WHO IT IS
