I would like my number taking off I keep getting constant phone calls

I have been getting calls from 0161 393 4197 for around 6 months now. I have sometimes answers the call and the line goes dead straight away. I am getting 3 or more calls per day. As you may tell this is getting to be a major annoyance. I would like this number to be investigated under the recent changes to UK law. Many thanks. James Lewis

They call me at the most inconvenient times. Im getting distressed and upset by the harassment. Ive tried blocking the number but im getting close to switching my phone off permanently.

Hello Jane; I see you've sent the same message as above via our website; but not given an email address so we can respond. Please accept our apologies about this. We have added the number you have quoted to our "do not dial" list. All calls into our business are recorded; but we can't find any record of a call in to ourselves from you number. If you want us to look into why when asked we still continued to call - please tell us (via our website) the number on which you called us and we'll be able to see why this request was not actioned regard Peter Kelly Harrington Brooks.

They also keep on calling me. Day and Evening. I rung the number back and they say they are Harrington Brooks a financial management company. This is not on. I asked them to stop calling and they still do!
