yes it was virgin money, but if it's re assurance your looking for dont expect it. as soon as i started asking the lady her name etc and questioning if she was from virgin money she hung up. when i called the known virgin money number 08001217365 then they did confirm it was them again from the call log. and apologised for lady hanging up. (complaint raised) really BAD Customer service from first lady . second lady was great .

Virgin Business Bank fraud team. Call was genuine, I didn’t answer but called their regular number and checked the number. It matched a time of call on my record

Claimed to be Virgin Fraud department, didnt feel right and hung up, Virgin Correct fraud number is 0800 012 1353

They checked my transactions due to recent card use

They said we called from bank

Voice mail left claiming to be from Vergin Honey

This is a call from the Virgin fraud team. Confirmed with them today (when I called customer services.) They called me the day after I had a text saying they think someone was trying to take money from my account.

Automated messaged claiming to be from virgin money fraud team! It wasn’t virgin money

Claimed to be from virgin money fraud squad, phoned the bank using the number on my debit card and they said its not them do not respond to it

Claimed to be Virgin Banking Fraud Dept by recorded message. Followed immediately on my cancelling automatic payments via PayPal from my Virgin Account to madmuscles.com, which I had quickly discovered to be a scam.
