Stated from o2 and could get 20% off phone bill then asked for security code which was text to me from o2 but in message says not to give this code to anyone even o2 staff! They nearly got me! SCAM
male caller with indian accent claiming to be calling from Currys PC World.
SILENT CALL - BLOCKED
Called claiming to be from 02 & could immediately offer me 30% discount on my monthly phone bill, because I was a loyal customer. All seemed very fishy, so hung up & blocked the number. Why would O2 offer that saving on an existing contract? Thieving ratbags.
Carphone warehouse I qualified for an iPhone offer. Blocked and reported.

Said from PC world and Curry's could give me new phone package £30 when I asked where he got my number he said auto dialler and then hung up.
Saying they were calling from EE. I am on Virgin Mobile. BLOCKED
Phone rang, when connected they put the phone down. I phoned back. A recording claimed to be from KM Energy and Gas or something. It said to email them to get off their "marketing" list. Because, putting the phone down on someone the moment you get through is such great marketing.
Offered 30% discount on bill but unable to confirm any details. I requested text verification and email they disconnected the call.

Claimed to be from BT Open Reach. Claiming that they were having reports come in of a virus in my router. Continued with the script even though I told them they were calling a company. The old chestnut scam call, where they take over your computer or tablet, and mine all your personal information off you. Ignore and block immediately.
Wanting to upgrade my mobile phone, took no details but could match my current plan, then offered me all the top end phones for £6/month unlimited everything, I'm upset that I let the phone call go on for so long
Came up has warning of potential fraud. Received a similar one 2 weeks ago looking like uk number but was from the Punjab obviously fraudsters
