A male called whilst I was away from the phone. He ignored the content of the answerphone message and started to ask questions. His script started with "I am your local energy advisor. I assume you are the owner of the property" He finally worked out there was only a machine on the line. And I don't think a call from more than 100 miles qualifies as "local"!!!
