They phoned me 4 times today (02/09/21) and said there calling from the local council and when I said why are you calling from Wales as I stay in Scotland they hung up then the next time they phoned them I took them for a ride and made a fool of them. They are SCAMMERS

Just tried to call the number back they are a market research company, and you can't opt out from getting calls, just block the number

Called for Sarah. This is not me. Tried to ask my name. I refused to give them this and asked who they were and where they were calling from. They said they were from the housing repair team. I asked what housing repair team and they said the council and housing association. when I asked which council/housing association, they put the phone down on me.
