Very rude shouting if you don’t take any notice. Saying you have a faulty router passing themselves of as BT. They want to get onto your computer. They must be joking. Please stop them why would anyone take any notice of them. They also sound as though they aren’t English speaking in broken English. They are after all invading your private space. Called a number of times during the last 14 days.
Called twice in last few days As with others it went silent and hung up when we answered.
Phoned at 8:10 a.m.! I answered. They hung up.
