Calling claiming to be from debt management type company. Obviously a scam/fraud.
Told me they were from citizens advice then continued to snigger with friends in the background. When questioned about why he was sniggering he hung up so my son rung back and the number wasn’t recognised SCAM

The guy with a very strong Indian accent said he was calling from a debt consolidation company or something I told him he was a scammer and the number had come up as Fraudulent company he said "" I no scammer ma'am and the phone number is genuine I said sure the phone line could be genuine but the business is a Farud scam and as you eork for them that makes you a FRAUSTER TOO . "" SOD OFF ""
I keep receiving calls from different numbers, including this one, claiming to be from the “Credit Investigation Team” because of “problems with my credit” that could lead to “further action/debt collection/bailiffs/etc”. This is quite obviously a scam as 1) they are not connected to ANY financial institution I’ve ever had dealings with 2) I don’t have credit problems that would lead to further action & 3) despite me politely asking them (on numerous occasions) to take me off their list (& me blocking their number) they just change their number & call back again & again. I’m now done with being polite & have resorted to telling them they’re a bunch scummy scammers then hanging up & blocking whenever they call.
