Pure annoyance. Waiting for an important phone call from the hospital and I’ve got some Indian on the other end trying to discuss a debt. Even if I had the time or patience to discuss over the phone, who in the right mind would discuss matters of finance with an Asian who can barely speak English. These companies just employ the cheapest labour they can find. That guy definitely hasn’t got a GCSE in the English language and I won’t be discussing money with him. If they want to talk money then I want a NATIVE SPEAKER who I can understand.
