My phone keeps getting unknown numbers calling it and I have not put it into anything

Pretending to be from 3 network offering an upgrade. Do not give out any personal information to this number.

Female caller with strong foreign accent, possibly Indian, claimed she was calling on behalf of O2 and offering discount. I asked her not to call again and to take me off their cold calling list and hung up and blocked the number.

Called me a few seconds ago. Could hardly hear the person talking then hung up. Seem to get loads of calls lately doing the same thing it's annoying.
