Got a call from that number. Didn't answer. I called back and was greeted by an automated voice message (computer generated - quite badly at that) saying welcome to web soultions and to press a key depending on what I wanted. No way mate. Not pressing nothing! Hung up. Spam for sure.

number called me from 3 network apparently. It is not 3 network and sounds like a call centre in India
