Postcode lottery scam

I answered, no one on the line. Call cut off after a few seconds.

called my work phone and asked for 'Mrs Jane'? asked where they were from but couldn't quite hear them

Silence for the first few seconds and then thick foreign accent using my Christian name as my surname. I just hung up.

I also hung up on the 1-0 to me hahaha!

Firstly I want to point out they phoned me and asked for a different name. I said know it isn't goodye. Phone scammers I don't know who some of them think they are.

This number just called me my phone said suspected spam so didn't answer and after looking number up I came across all these other comments. Definitely scam caller!!

Called 3 times today, have blocked now

And received call 10 mins later from +447733868823 tried to ring back but saying phone number not recognised scam numbers please do not answer

Asked if I was me by name, I asked why calling and was re life insurance. Call ended and blocked. Got a second call that went straight to voicemail

Claiming to be from postcode lottery and I had won 100k. When asked how they got all my details they hung up.

“Postcode lottery” yeah right! SCAM!

Contacted just after 12:30pm, told me I'd won 100k on postcode lottery, then started asking questions about home insurance. They knew personal details about me, definitely a scam and should be avoided.

Phone rings, ME: Hello, THEM: They, hang up... Wonkers...

Different numbers from this same location keep ringing me changing number slightly, , they are using sky call shield if you try and see who it is, waste of oxygen scamming scum

Rang up to tell me I had won the postcode lottery. Gave me a random post code and asked me to confirm mine. I think not

I answered but they hung up

Phoned to inform me that my life insurance has expired 🤔 funny seeing as how I don’t have life insurance. Scam call don’t answer and block

Phone rang for like 2 seconds and then stopped. Then I got another call right after which was marked as 'suspected spam' by my phone. It did the same thing of ringing for 2 seconds then stopping. Nothing but a nuisance.

Called today to say I’ve won 100k on the post code lottery. Scam - avoid.

Didn't answer my phone comes up with 'suspected spam' warning so I block straight away. I always double check afterwards on this website to confirm!

Yes they had the exact details for me too !

Calling from postcode lottery telling me I had won 100k ! ( I don't do postcode lottery Haha !) They knew my old name and address and when I wouldn't confirm my new address they hung up ! Shocking !

Their details had my maiden name and parental home address. I've been married 13yrs and not lived with my parents for 20yrs. Just laughed at them and they hung up.

I didn’t answer but looked up the call, and it looks like It was the right thing to do.
