Said they were calling in behalf of citizens advice but everyone who called was Indian and sounded like a call center in the back ground...also 2 other numbers ringing claiming same...I asked why citizens advice was calling from Indian call center and they hung up...but kept calling...blocked

Seems very bizarre that I should get his 'covid' call less than 24 hours after I've signed up to the NHS app for my covid passport.... are they sharing our details to 3rd parties? Maybe the app isn't secure? Maybe it's genuine...... who knows!!!!

Had the same when asked about comoany name so I can verify them with nhs he wished me a good day and hung up 😂

A guy called Abraham claiming to be from nhs, pronounced my name wrong (which is not difficult to pronounce) asked if I’d had my vaccines and I said if you were from nhs you’d know whether I had or not. Then proceeded to say he wanted to do a survey on service received I said I’m busy he said he’s working for government and I again told him I’m busy. Not convinced it was a genuine call.

Calling on behalf of Citizens Advice regarding debt. When I told him I actually DO work for Citizens Advice, I was told to f**k off and they slammed to phone down. Do not answer. SCAM

Johnnny Smith from London called asking for my data. couldn't continue call as his indian accent was so thick it was no0t possible for me to understand. A Londoner apparently.

I had a call from this number and he was called as Gavin claiming to call from NHS covid 19 department as I have received 2nd dose of vaccine. Started asking me questions as in whether I had rash or any side effects. After declining he started talking about whether I have life insurance or not. I wasn't ready to disclose anything and just disconnected the call.

identified themselves as working for nhs i didnt think anything from it until they mentioned life insurance

A man with an Indian accent called saying he was from debt advice. I asked him for the website address and I told him I'd call back on the official number. He hung abruptly. When I called the official number of the debt advice site he gave me the representative said they did not recognize the number he had called me on.

Called saying he was from NHS post vaccination department, just checking on my vaccination experience, then proceeded to try and discuss life cover with me! Definite scam!

Said "is this (my name)?" I said "maybe, who's this?" Replied "maybe? F**k you then mother f**ker" and hung up. Lovely

100% a scam They said they where Citizens Advice bureau to me..... Wankers

Do not answer. Asking questions about covid jab side effects and whether I had life insurance. Extremely rude man when I asked questions, hung up on me after shouting at me telling me to listen to him.

The man who called knew my name and asked if I'd had any covid vaccine side effects. Told him my phone had flagged this call as potential fraud (which it hadnt) and he hung up immediately.

Suspected scam. Said he was from the NHS asking about vaccinations and when I said I wouldn’t proceed as there are so many COVID-19 scam calls, he said “yes, the NHS doesn’t call anyone” and put the phone down on me. Dodgy at best and will be barring this number

Said he was from citizens advice and that he wanted to advise me regarding debts. When I asked why citizens advice would randomly call me out of the blue about debts I don’t have he hung up. Clearly some sort of scam.

Said it was NHS covid 19 services. Asked about symptoms then moved on the health and life insurance. I asked again about where they were calling from and he confirmed it was the NHS but after I said I didn't have life insurance, he terminated the call immediately. Weird call! Felt wrong! As so many others reported I think it was a scam! Blocked it.

Called claiming they were from NHS and asked about any covid vaccination side effects. Then asked if I have any private medical care or life insurance. She asked who my insurance provider is and how much I pay per month. When I said I couldn't remember, she was very persistent, repeating at me to 'think' and I 'must know who it is'. When I got impatient and said I couldn't remember, she hung up immediately.

Ha ha missed it twice -glad I did judging by these comments. Not going to answer any future calls either so do one.

I pointed out that if he really we're from the NHS he'd see my record and already know if I was double-vaxxed or not. He then hung up on me. Claimed to be cab and that I had debt listed against my name. Bad connection. Strong Accent. Told him no way they would call me, it was a lie, remove my number from list. Definite scam of some sort.

Called by this number, a man claiming to be from 'NHS Covid-19 Department' who had my incorrect name (quite close though) and an old address that I lived at 10 years ago. He asked me if I had the NHS app and if I been vaccinated. He asked if I had experienced any side affects from the vaccination. He said that he was going to send me a vaccination certificate. When I asked him why I needed such a thing, he said it was because it was 'a basic part'. He asked me to confirm my address, but I said I wouldn't give it to him over the phone. I then said goodbye and hung up. Clearly some kind of scammer.

Indian man called “Alan” claiming to call from citizens advice (CAB) about unsecured debts. Total scam.

Claimed to be from a debt management company then shouted abuse and swore at me.

Called saying from NHS & did I have a copy of my vaccination passport. I advised that I did not and he advised that he would have one sent by next week - he already knew my name and my full address. Asked about life insurance and which company it was with, was only when he asked how much I paid that I told him I was not happy to disclose and ended the call

Called to say they were from step change debt charity saying they could write off all my debts for free. Called their bluff by asking them how much debt I had as they should know as I have a dmp with step change presently . I then told them they were dirty scammers and they hung up

I got a call from this number, however, when I answered the phone, there was nothing. I have now tried several times to phone this number, both from my mobile phone and from my land line, it will not connect????

Likely spam/phishing.

Calling about Covid Vaccine side effects. Wanted to verify my address for "Covid Certificate" to be sent out, (they had my correct address??) Then was talking about some government grant that could be used with my health insurance but wanted my insurance provider. Was unsure whether legit or not - so ended the call without giving any details. Could be a scam?

Hung up as soon as I asked who was calling,! SCAM!
