Unknown number called when expecting a call from a recruitment agency a friend recommended me to for an interim role requiring a specialist skill set. Picked up and had a hard to understand male who kept telling me he was calling from the legal department re my PCP car claim. I've never had a PCP hire contract, but do have a HP claim with a company under the ongoing industry claims action. I kept asking which company he was calling from? He kept repeating "the legal department re my PCP car claim" and not answering my question before hanging up on me. So presume a phishing / scam caller. Blocked. Oddly one of MANY unknown numbers provided by Voxbone SA, a VoIP provider that have called me over the last 3 or 4 weeks, Raises questions about Voxbone's business model & customer background checks - if any!
