Caller had my email address and knew all my Lamona appliance details. They offered an extended warranty. I asked them to email me and I would set it up securely. They said it couldn’t be done online. BIG RED FLAG FOR ME. I declined !
Both calls, one 29th Jan, second one 5th Feb, had already blocked number so didn't actually speak to snyone
Stuart rang ….Knew my name and said the warranty for my chest freezer had ran out. I don’t have one so put down the phone.
