I seem to receive calls from this number on a daily basis. Does someone know who they are? Answered one call, but they then put the phone down

They are a PPI company, when they phone and don't say anything they're checking to see if you answer to check if your number is active. If you answer within a few days they'll call back and someone will speak to you about PPI.

called today Wednesday 25/02/2015 I left it to go to answer but no message left . checked my call list and this number has rang a least 5 times in a week but never leave any message .

I have in total 17 calls from this number. Twice I answered and nobody spoke, so now I just refuse to answer and they are on my blocked list.
