Called by Eddie, regarding a utility contract (Indian accent? I didn't answer their first attempted call - but they immediately called back again). Not unexpected, as a colleague of his called at the end of last year and managed to blag and harvest information for a future return scam call relating to existing utility supplies. If he or any of his colleagues in their scam centres read this - don't waste your time calling us again!

RYAN WAS VERY GOOD HELP ME TO ARRANGE MY CONTRACT
Harassed I have been called by Ryan today. He threatened to bill me £1000 for breaching my contract. I had indeed signed a contract last December but the company had tried to take over the contract before the contract end date a week later my contract had ended and as I was know out of contract and paying more I signed with a different company , as I had been informed that the initial switch had been blocked. So absolutely not my fault. After a couple of calls and emails it was agreed that I hadn’t done anything wrong and they could see where the confusion had happened.which if they had taken the time to listen to my explanation they would have understood. I had a bereavement in the family this week so the last thing I needed was this stress. Shocking behaviour by this company. I would like to add that Ryan has called asking I remove /edit the review. I must clarify the situation has been sorted and the company has agreed to wave the fine as long as I add this to my review.
Phoning 15-20 times a day pretending to be different energy suppliers including our current supplier. They give various quotes then micraculously 'Utility Savers' phone up with a better quote. Note ! They use this and various other untraceable numbers. When we refused to go with them we were told that they would process an application anyway and take money from our bank!! They then harrassed our receptionist with unrelenting repeated calls as they refused to put them through to a director. Avoid
"Ryan" from Utility Something. The 18th such call today, from 5 different numbers. I will NEVER transfer you to ANYONE so give it up!
Utility scammers, they call you pretending to be from different suppliers (with poor offers) and then Utility Savers give you a call with a 'better' price. After conversations with them I found they lie, mislead and generally do anything they can to scam you into an energy agreement on poor rates. Don't fall for it!
