Did not leave voicemail so up to no good I suspect. They are using DIDWW Ltd Ireland as their network operator. This operator says they are trying to stop scammers using their network, so please be very careful if you do answer.
Called it back and got an awful sounding IVR , press 1 to speak to someone , calling from Your Preferences .co.uk , says to go to that sight if you want calls to stop and register number ... er nope just a block job
