I have been called by this creeping rude individual several times, requesting that I allow First Home Windows of Railway Street, Braintree, to assess my double glazing. I actually agreed twice to inspect my windows in Chelmsford. Both times, they failed to turn up. After a few months they started hassling me again and I asked to leave me alone and stop hassling me. Had this been face to face he would have agreed. However, his reaction was to call me a "Prick".
