01298 970688 Negative Who called me from this phone number?

Regularly phoning my Aunt who is 93. Please stop - who on earth are they? Why would you call an old deaf person at 6.15 in the morning unless you are a crazy scammer?

Is there any benefit to these people calling and saying nothing. Doesn't seem like the most profitable scam....seems pretty dumb to me

Cold caller, asking for personal details. Blocked.

Knew my name and postcode. Indian-sounding male voice. Wanted me to give himn 30 seconds "to hear what he had to say". When I said I was not going to cooperate he rang off with a laugh.

Same shit different call centre scam!

I had a call and was asked to confirm who I was. I asked them what am I confirming my name for and what's the call for but they wouldn't give me an answer and started to shout at me to confirm who I was. I told them to f*** off and called them a lot more for speaking to me that way and for not answering my question. they then told me to just go and hung up on me.

Suspected spam messages on my phone when this number called me

Caller had some of my details. When I asked where they got them from they responded it was from a publicly available website. When I asked which website they started shouting at me. When I called him out on acting this way with me he hung up!

Indian or Asian female called very poor English11-40 today , she said she was not selling anything when, I asked her to repeat what she said she hung up please be aware I will block this number and any other foreign accent regardless. None so far have been genuine. grrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Rang me twice this morning, 08:41 and 09:04, missed both calls but presuming it’s a scam

Didnt answer but suspecting a scam based on others comments. Rang me twice also.

I was called twice from this number. My phone warns of scam or bogus calls so I didn't answer it. I done normally answer any calls on my mobile where the number is identified as marketing, scam or bogus

Got called twice this morning (4th January 2022). Didn't pick up either times. Blocked. Could smell that scam caller a mile away

Called twice this morning, once before 9:00 AM. Ignored both & in view of above comments now blocked.

sounded very loud in the background not very nice people thats if you can understand what they are saying i hung up and blocked number

Just received a call. No info, noisy. Will block.

Answered the call, lot of background noise and the caller hung up. I have blocked the number as I have an app that tells me it is a suspwcted spam caller

Very noisy background 5 seconds me saying hello twice and they hung up. Blocked

Woman called me before 9am, sounded like a call centre in the background. When i replied with "can i ask whos Calling" she hung up. Blocked!

An Indian sounding man in a call centre, very noisy background, called me at 8.39 am, the morning after Bank Holiday. He knew my name but I cut him off and blocked this number. I'm just waiting for the next call from a different number!!
