Company called and asked for me by name. Said they were calling about life insurance, I told them I wasn’t interested and hung up.

Company called CMP dealing with insurance policies. I hung up and reported and blocked. Location: Preston, Lancashire

Asking me about life insurance. Seemed to already know my name...... weird. Obviously I didn't give any details and told them I wasn't interested

Rang back a missed call Woman said hello, I said you'd rang, she replied you missed our call & hung up

A man called asked if he was speaking to me. I said yes and he hung up!

Screened the call and they left a message saying it was an urgent call about insurance. Called back and someone else answered the phone 'Hello' and would not give a company name until we told them about the message we received

Claiming to talk about my life insurance and asked for my private details. I told them they were cold calling and I dont give details out over the phone and they assured me they werent cold calling but just wanted all my info! Also kept calling me "love" so really professional!

Someone just wanting to make sure my life insurance policy is up to date but it's not the company who I get my life insurance with

Person trying to renew policy that I do not have remained adamant that I do have a policy but could give no information regarding it. Do not answer as it’s clearly a false incorrect company trying to scam people. As the same and or similar number has tried calling for weeks now.
