He said "I am your local energy Advisor". I asked him what area I lived in and his response was "I'm ok thank you no one would listen if I wasn't". I asked again what area I was in and he answered that he was new and he would get his manager to call back and answer any questions. I told him not to bother as he was obviously lying.
