Called 2nd day in a row around same time 11am/12pm didn't answer. Called back (from withheld) it says customer assist hold line or press 0 to be taken off calling register. Hung up don't press 0 as its still an interaction showing active

Answered but just silence

I have had this number call a few times but never answered as this came up on my phone as suspected spam. Number now blocked 🚫

I decided not to answer this call because I had one yesterday which was a silent call. The number this time was very similar to the previous occasion.

Silence then they hang up within a few seconds.

If there is one thing that annoys the hell out of me is when you answer your phone and there is a "gaggle" of people wittering on, I just hang up, extremely rude.

The call was a silent one so I put the phone down because I suspected that it was a scam.
