I work for sky sales and have had a customer call in today from this number, they changed his password for him (which we would never do) and told him not to log in for 24 hours, they also wanted bank details, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFOMATION THIS IS A SCAM NUMBER

I spent 30 minutes on the phone explaining every issue I was having with Sky not working on my TV, including the small detail that the satellite dish was missing. It was only when she asked for my address and account number that I admitted I don’t actually have Sky. She didn’t find it funny.

Claims to be from Sky asking if I had any technical issues, her name was Olivia apparently. Hung up and blocked.
