They pretend O2 - 4G to 5G upgrade. And asked O2 code then placed iPhone on my behalf. Luckily, I managed to find out and called O2 to block the order.
Didn't get through due to poor mobile signal. No idea who "they" are. Not going to call number but could do 141. If it's important, they'll leave a message. Otherwise, ignore & block if necessary.
