Called the number back and I got a recorded message for "On Tech Solution" so assuming its spam.

Think it originated from abroad as the line was awful and the caller had poor English. Wanted to sell broadband or mobile phones, could not understand him, line kept on breaking up and his language skills poor. I think he said he was from carphone warehouse but not 100% sure. Killed call.
