Private health insurance. Asked questions that have no relation to health. Time consuming and a nuisance. I recognised his voice from other cold calls. When I looked at phone before answering it said 'suspected fraud'. I will block this number.

This was a ‘silent’ phone call. I was only aware of it because of a notification from my provider. What is the point of making these ‘silent’ calls? Is it to encourage people to call the caller back in order to perform some sort of scam?
