DO NOT SUPPLY THEM WITH ANY PERSONAL DETAILS ! they are a scam and WILL try to gain your 02 log in password and you re setting it themselves as they have your email address - they will turn extremely rude if you respond to their antics. 02 are aware of the scam but unfortunately nothing can be done by them except to change your number as they will call from a different number. My advice… fight fire with fire, ring them satiating you have an amazing deal for them.. a free stay in an amazing historic building with iron windows, highly secured and free food for months on end !

They rang me twice today. However I didn't answered. Looks like scamm.

Said from o2 offered discount. Sent code to my phone asked for it but I told them the message said don’t give code out. They hung up I called o2 who confirmed a scam have changed my password as precaution. Don’t give any info to these insects

Said they were from O2, when I questioned what they wanted she then said to me "You can now go and f*ck yourself" and hung up. Assuming this was not O2 customer services....

Said she was from Auto Network, my electronics provider! Offered me 35% discount off something but I hang up straight away.

Said he was from O2, asked if I was happy with my service. I haven't had any O2 services for about 5 years.

Strong Asian accent, said he was from O2, I hung up luckily then checked this web site.

Claimed to be from O2 but obviously not. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT GIVE CALLERS FROM THIS NUMBER ANY INFORMATION WHATSOEVER!!

Claimed to be from O2 offering 30% discount. Wanted to send me a text with a code for “verification purposes”. When I questioned him - asked him to tell me my name and some details about my O2 account he said he could only tell me my phone number 🤣 He ended up hanging up on me as I continued to question him.

They rang my mobile while I was driving so I couldn't answer. Not a number or location I recognised.

I threatened to set a robot dialer onto this number so it would fill up all their channels so they wouldn't be able to dial out. At that point they got very nasty and started calling me all the names you could think of. Had some fun with them.

I've almost got scammed by this individuals. Saying they have a 30% discount on my O2 contract. Confirmed some details and got a reset password code from actual O2. Stopped there and they got angry as I was not interested anymore. DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THEM.

Said they were from Auto network and could give me 30% off my bills. I asked what bills she said your bills. I asked again what bills she hung up. It’s a scam

Said they were from something Auto. Funny accent Put the phone down.
