An Indian guy rang a friend of mine and ask him to turn computer on as there was something wrong with internet ( he’s no idea about these things) then the guy told him what to do on keypad after fifteen minutes the guy said everything was sorted and hung up , what my friend didn’t realise was that his bank account was hacked and they’d taken £3000 , his bank sorted things out for him in the end so never listen to these people
No I have all my personal details stolen too and they keep trying things with me citizens advice credit investigation department all that won’t leave me alone

Just had a call on my mobile claiming to be curry's mobile.blood scam call😡😡😡
Just have call from this nunber twice today, representing as 3G operators and giving as loyal customer 30% off from my contract, plus free Samsung Galaxy 8 Tab ultra. As i askws to call back in 5 minutes, they agreed. In taht time i just quickly rang 3G and explained everything, they assured me it's 100% scam and nobody from 3G called me ,plus they not doing offers like that.Off course scamees called back and i said i will be reporting it to police as they are scamers, they quickly hung up...Lucily i called 3G to confirm all info,as it sounded to good to be true.Be careful people! P.S. Both time scamees called it was asian accent men and women.
Lee from loughborough I get 4 calls a day every day I have never answered it yet but have blocked it they never ring my house number but always ring my mobile number it's always the 020 number I'm getting so sick and tired of it now someone from BT surley has to put an end to this issue
Didn't answer, tried to call it back but "number not recognized".
The caller was trying to get you to install 'a remote access program' (under the guise of something else). Had you gone along with it, he would then have full access to your PC and everything it contained. Calling back a number or pressing a number on your phone following a recorded message is also bad news. Simply hang up.
Just had a call from this number this morning. I did not answer it and decided to search for this number and I am glad I did. It seems to have a long history of scam calls.
The telephone I've been called on is widely used for work and it's displayed on my signature emails and business tickets from my country - Italy - to the rest of the Europe. So let's say that I was expecting these kida calls. Anyway , 2 calls from this number in less than a week. The same shit : a lot of nice " good morning " and " sorry to bother you " after the guy asked a confirmation of my name. At first attempt I confirmed then I aborted the call , the second time I said I wasn't the person the guy supposed I was. He became aggressive and I said it. He tried to calm down but the voice tone was not . Calls aborted and number blocked. They can't scam you until you give them your datas. Yes , they have your number , then ? Be cool and reply them with the good old one" f**k you " because is all what these scammers deserves.
BT very rarely make outbound calls - and they woulnt never know if u were being hacked. BT rely on customers to make them aware that there is a problem. They would only ever CUT you off - if u havent paid a bill - this can be checked on the MYBT app - website. im pretty sure this is defo a scam- if u have bt call protect, u can block them. Also BT are unable to *screen share*so if these callers want to take over ur screen - refuse xx
He can't steal your information by talking on the phone, unless you told him your details.
Asian chap said he was from Currys PC world. Just hang up and block
